Details

FirstAid is a carefully crafted UX concept for a digital first aid platform that supports people quickly, clearly, and reliably in high-stress situations. At its core is an information architecture that translates complex medical knowledge into simple, step-by-step instructions, optimized for use on smartphones directly at the scene. This turns abstract first aid knowledge into a concrete, action-driven experience that gives users confidence when every second counts.

The design combines a clean, calm UI with clear visual hierarchies, color-coded action levels, and generous typography. Interactions are intentionally simple to reduce cognitive load: few, unambiguous decisions per screen, large touch targets, and clear feedback at every step. The interface not only supports understanding, it actively assists decision-making under time pressure.

The project follows a complete UX process: from analyzing typical emergency scenarios and user needs, through user flows and wireframes, to a clickable prototype. Usability aspects such as accessibility, readability in difficult lighting conditions, and logical prioritization of critical information are consistently considered. The result is a concept that demonstrates how thoughtful UX design can turn a sensitive topic into a trustworthy, intuitive digital solution.
